Interviews

Our experienced recruiters scan multiple job boards and schedule interviews with only the most suitable candidates.
They are in constant contact with the applicants to set an interview appointment.

ON THE DAY OF THE INTERVIEWS THE APPLICANTS ARE INTERVIEWED BY YOUR STAFF OR BY TRAINER.
They are vetted using the following criteria.

Eligible to work in the USA
Valid drivers license
Ads are created with the assistance from the dealer contact representative.
License ever suspended / reason
Any DUI/DWI
Number of speeding tickets / reckless driving tickets in last 3 years
Police record or any pending charges
Willing to work the schedule set forth by the dealership including Saturday and Sunday (if applicable)

Applicants are invited to training class based on the above information and trainers best estimate of their ability

Applicants attend 2 or 3 day class depending on dealers preference

Friday, applicants are turned over to dealer for interview and hiring!!
